Kirkplan Kitchens,

We are writing to thank you for another job well done.  We were very pleased with the work you did in our 2004 kitchen remodel and how you stood behind your work with a problem a couple of years later.

When it came time to do our master bath and guest bath we felt comfortable in choosing your company again for the job.  Our initial visit with your designer was relaxed and he was very helpful.  He was precise and thorough in writing the contracts.  He included everything no matter how minor and was sure to include any special requests so they wouldn't be missed.  He went over the contracts with us to be sure he hadn't missed anything and that everything was understandable and correct.  The work was completed pretty much as planned and with any delays explained.

Josh did a nice job with the refacing of the cabinets.  We were particularly happy how Mike and the rest of the subcontractors resolved any problems that came up and sought out a solution rather than just giving up and saying "it can't be done", something you hear often from contractors.  We appreciated Mike keeping us informed as to the progress and when things would be completed.  His personal visits during the process and suggestions made us feel that even though it wasn't a "major" renovation it was still important to Kirkplan.

With all the contractors who came into the house it was evident that they were interested in doing a good job & getting our approval of the finished product.  They focused on their work and completing each job in a timely manner.  There wasn't a lot of break taking or even going off for lunch. We would certainly recommend their work.
