Dear Mr Gallie,

Your company installed the new cabinets in our kitchen.  The work entailed taking all the old cabinets out, countertops, and sink, patching the ceiling and finally installing the new cabinets, countertops and appliances and making sure that it all fit properly, that it was totally level, caulking, and much more.  You have in your employment the subcontractor who did all of this work for us, named Josh.

My husband and I have lived in our Florida home now for over 20 years and have had many workers doing various construction jobs in our home.  Absolutely NEVER have we ever had any subcontractor do work for us as professionally, carefully, and courteously as your subcontractor Josh.  Your company is to be commended for having employed such a gentleman.  Equally Josh is to be commended for having such pride in his work as to do such an excellent installation of the cabinets and finishing work.

In this day it seems that very few people care about the pride they take in doing any type of work...just get the job done fast so one can make more money.  Your company appears to be unlike that.  We are exceptionally pleased with our new cabinets, and wanted you to know that Josh took his time and did a professional job of installing our cabinets.
