FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Why Homeowners Choose Our Remodeling Services Over Other Local Kitchen Remodeling Company
Have questions? We’ve got answers! Here are some of the most common questions we receive about our remodeling and design services. If you don’t find what you’re looking for, feel free to reach out to us directly—we’re happy to help.
What does “full service” actually mean for my project?
When people search for kitchen remodeling companies, they often find teams that handle one piece of the puzzle and expect you to coordinate the rest. We’ve been doing this differently for over 25 years. As bath and kitchen remodelers, our in-house team manages everything from the first design conversation through demolition, plumbing, electrical, tile, and the final walkthrough. You have one contact, one schedule, and one team accountable for the entire result.
What’s the difference between cabinet refacing and a full kitchen bath remodel?
If your layout works but your cabinets look like they belong in a different decade, refacing is a smart and cost-effective solution. We keep your existing cabinet boxes and replace the doors, drawer fronts, and hardware with fresh finishes, from clean modern acrylics to warm textured laminates. If you want something more transformative, a full kitchen bath remodel lets us start from scratch, reconfigure the entire layout, open the space to the living room, build a butler’s pantry, or change the way the room flows entirely. We’re comfortable doing either, and we’ll tell you honestly which one makes more sense for your home.
How do I choose the right countertop material?
The right stone depends on how you cook, how you clean, and what you love to look at. Granite is a natural classic where every slab is genuinely one of a kind, and it handles heat beautifully. If you want the look of marble with significantly more durability, natural quartzite is worth a serious look. For zero-maintenance performance, engineered quartz like our premium Cambria line never needs sealing and resists scratches and stains without any effort on your part. The best way to choose is to come see them in person at our showroom, where you can stand in front of full slabs and make the call with confidence.
How do I find the right bathroom remodel company for my project?
The right bathroom remodel company will have a physical showroom, proper licensing, genuine roots in your community, and a portfolio that shows you exactly what their finished work looks like up close. We’d encourage anyone comparing bathroom renovation companies to look at the tile work, the cabinetry alignment, and the quality of the finish details, because that’s where the difference between good and great is most visible. Our full-time specialists maintain the kind of consistent quality that rotating subcontractors simply can’t replicate.
Looking for bath remodelers near me? Here’s what a complete local bathroom remodel involves:
When homeowners search for trusted bath remodelers near me, they’re usually dealing with something that hasn’t been touched in twenty years: outdated tile, a bathtub that nobody uses, or a layout that just doesn’t work anymore. Our bath remodelers handle everything from custom vanity installation and new countertops to full tub-to-shower conversions, frameless glass doors, and premium tile work throughout. If you’re ready to start a local bathroom remodel, we make the process straightforward from the first call.
What makes an outdoor kitchen work in Florida’s climate?
Building outside in a coastal environment means thinking about sun, rain, salt air, and humidity from the very beginning of the design process. We use marine-grade or outdoor-rated cabinetry materials that won’t warp or fade, and for countertops we typically recommend granite or UV-stable engineered surfaces that can handle years of direct sun without cracking or losing their color. The details matter more outside than anywhere else in the house, and we’ve built enough outdoor kitchens along this coast to know exactly what holds up.
Are your cabinets built locally?
Every single custom cabinet box we install is manufactured right here in our fabrication shop. This allows us to cut your cabinetry precisely to your room’s exact footprint, eliminating awkward gaps and cheap filler strips. For projects where a semi-custom approach is a better fit for your layout or budget, we partner with trusted structural brands like Fabuwood, applying our exact local fabrication and installation standards to them. As an authentic local kitchen and bathroom remodel company, our goal is simply to engineer the best structural result for your specific home.
Do you work on rooms outside the kitchen and bathroom?
All the time. While our work as kitchen and bath remodelers spans every room in the house, kitchen and bathroom remodels near me is what we’re known for — and the same team that transforms your kitchen can build a custom entertainment center, a wet bar, a fireplace surround, a beautifully organized laundry room, garages, offices, or custom closets. We also handle full flooring replacements in tile and luxury vinyl, which allows us to create a cohesive look that carries through the entire home rather than stopping at the kitchen doorway.
How do I see your work before committing to anything?
Come visit us. Our showroom is over 8,000 square feet of full-scale kitchen and bathroom remodels near me displays, built so you can walk through real spaces, feel real materials, and leave with a genuine sense of what’s possible in your own home. When you’re ready to take the next step, we offer a completely free in-home consultation where a designer visits your space, listens to everything you have in mind, and helps you build a plan from there. No pressure, no obligation, just a real conversation about your home.
